There may be a tuition for this service. Please note that the Trust is only obliged to hold records for the standard time limit under the NHS guidelines (usually 8 years but this is extended to 15 years for clinical trials, and up to 25 for child/maternity records). As the Trust only covers vigilant services, you will need to contact Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust for mental health records.
